Green Flag Residences

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 9:00 AM

• Early check-ins/late check-outs may be available on request (subject to availability and fee).

• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

• Guests may use designated outdoor areas if available. A £250 deep-cleaning fee will apply for any violations.

• No Parties or Events: The property is for registered guests only. Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbours.

• Respect the Neighbours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guest Numbers:

• Only guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay.

• Unauthorised visitors may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Cleanliness: Please leave the property tidy on check-out.

• Any excessive mess or damage may incur additional cleaning or repair fees.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon prior to booking. Security:

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

• Guests are responsible for their belongings.

• Damage Policy: Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately.

• Charges may apply for repair or replacement.

• Compliance: Guests must comply with all building and safety regulations during their stay.
