Green Flag Residences – Terms and Conditions

1. General By booking a stay with Green Flag Residences, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. The “Guest” refers to the person booking and all members of their party. The “Property” refers to the accommodation provided by Green Flag Residences.

2. Booking and Payment Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or approved booking platforms. A security deposit (if applicable) must be paid prior to check-in and will be refunded within 5–7 business days after check-out, subject to inspection.

3. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in: Full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value.

4. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in/late check-out may be available at an additional charge and must be agreed in advance.

5. Guest Responsibilities The Guest must treat the Property with respect and leave it in a reasonable condition. The Guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior approval is granted.

6. House Rules No smoking or vaping inside the property. No parties, loud music, or events. Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing. Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. Security and Liability Guests are responsible for securing doors and windows when leaving the Property. Green Flag Residences is not liable for loss of personal belongings during the stay. The Guest must comply with all fire safety and building regulations.

8. Security Deposit & Damages Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the Guest agrees to pay the additional cost within 7 days of being invoiced.

9. Force Majeure Green Flag Residences is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
